FERN stands out for its minimalist yet expressive design. Its elegant black façade with wooden accents gives it a modern character. The cottage’s solid and durable construction is based on frame technology, using C24 structural timber. Thanks to a comprehensive insulation package (floor, walls, roof) and airtight window and door joinery, FERN is ready for any weather, providing a safe and warm haven.

Despite its compact dimensions, the interior is fully functional and ergonomically designed. The cottage is fully equipped with electrical and plumbing systems, including a boiler, making it ready for immediate occupancy.
